Program Group Schedules
Barbell Program Schedule:
Day 1 & 2 Groupings
(Participants must sign up for a group to attend for Day 1 & 2 & can attend either open gym time frames for Day 3 workouts - classes are generally kept to no more than 8 participants)
- Group 1: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 9:00 AM
- Group 2: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 5:30 PM
Day 3 Open Gym Workouts with a Coach: Fridays @ 7:30 - 9:00 AM, Saturdays @ 8:00 - 9:30 AM
Strength 4 Life Program Schedule:
Day 1 & 2 Groupings
(Participants must sign up for a group to attend for Day 1 & 2 & can attend either open gym time frames for Day 3 workouts - classes are generally kept to no more than 8 participants)
- Group 1: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 12:00 PM
Day 3 Open Gym Workouts with a Coach: Fridays @ 12:00 - 1:30 PM, Saturdays @ 9:30 - 11:00 AM
Women's Strength Training Program Schedule:
Day 1 & 2 Groupings
(this is a 2 class per week program. Day 3 workouts are self-administered)
- Group 1: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 6:30 AM
Day 3 Workouts: Self-administered with direction from a coach
MetCon Program Schedule:
Day 1 & 2 Groupings
(Participants must choose a group to attend for day 1 & 2 & can attend either class for Day 3 workouts - Classes are generally kept to no more than 10 participants)
- Group 1: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 5:15 AM
- Group 2: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6:15 AM
- Group 3: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 11:10 AM
- Group 4: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 11:10 AM
Day 3 Class Workouts - Fridays @ 6:45am, 11:10am, or Saturdays @ 7:15am
Total Conditioning Program Schedule:
3 Day Groupings
(Participants must sign up for a group to attend. Classes are generally kept to no more than 16 participants)
- Group 1: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays @ 5:30 AM
- Group 2: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays @ 9:00 AM
- Group 3: Tuesdays, Thursdays @ 12:00 PM
- Group 4: Tuesdays, Thursdays @ 5:30 PM
