We offer a variety of group fitness classes and three studios to meet your needs. There’s a class for everyone and they are free with your membership. Our instructors will motivate and inspire you to give your best in a fun setting, meant to keep you coming back for more. 

  • Aquatic Exercise:  Give your body a great workout in this low-impact environment.
  • Cycling: We have a dedicated cycling studio and high-energy classes suitable for everyone.
  • Group Exercise: Low, medium, and high-intensity classes for balance, stretching, strength and endurance.
  • Mind/Body: Enjoy many levels of yoga, Pilates, PiYo and Barre classes.
  • Zumba: Come dance with us! A fun dance aerobic workout using Latin dances with easy to follow routine.

Cheers to 30 years!

In honor of our 30-year facility anniversary, we're hosting several community events:

  • February 1-20 | 30-year Anniversary Scavenger Hunt: Participate for a chance to win a 1-year membership!
  • February 20 | Member Appreciation Day: Free InBody composition, free daycare (space is limited) and prizes given away throughout the day!
  • February 20 • 6-7 p.m. | Member Celebration: Join us for cake, raffles, longevity awards and more!
  • February 21 • 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. | Community Open House: Members and non-members alike can come and enjoy the facility on us!

  • Feb. 1 through May 1, swim 30 miles and win the prize! Register at the front desk.
