Logan Health complies with applicable state and federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, sex, protected veteran’s status, genetic information, or any other category protected by law.

Logan Health:

  • Provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to ensure effective communication, such as:
    • Qualified sign language interpreters
    • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
  • Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as:
    • Qualified interpreters
    • Information written in other languages

Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Logan Health complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you have a concern regarding the use of copyrighted material on the Logan Health website, it should be sent in writing to:

The DMCA specifies that all claims must include the following information:

  • A physical signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
  • A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, as well as information to aid in locating the copyrighted work, such as a web address or publication details;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to enable Logan Health to locate the alleged infringement on the Logan Health website;
  • The copyright owner’s contact information, including address, telephone number and email;
  • A statement that the party filing the claim has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
