What’s your Body Composition?
The InBody 570, a FDA approved machine, takes body composition analysis to the highest level. Using technology called bioelectrical impedance, the InBody sends a non-detectable electrical current through five separate body segments – both arms, both legs and core, to get an accurate body composition. The screening only takes a few minutes. After the screening one of our certified trainers will review your results and answer any questions.
InBody results include a printout with the following information::
- Basal Metabolic Rate
- Total Weight
- Percent Body Fat
- Cell Hydration
- Fat-Free Mass (muscle)
Next to underwater weighting, this is the most accurate way to determine your body composition.
