Teckla Putnam

Teckla PutnamBS Exercise Science
N.S.C.A. Certified Personal Trainer
Wellcoaches Certified Health & Wellness Coach

With a background in exercise science, I have been fortunate spending all of my career in a hospital-based wellness center where it has been my passion to engage people in activity to overcome disease, enable healing, or simply to be strong and fit for life. I have enjoyed work in cardiac, pulmonary, cancer, eating disorder and athletic injury rehabilitation as well as personal training. Montana is a very special place to live, work and play. Helping people discover and remember why they want to be Well is a rewarding and energizing process to be a part of. Hearing what delights, frustrates, excites and even puzzles us all about what it means to eat well, move more, stress less and have brighter health is a privilege. Being creative together to discover new ways of supporting real and lasting change is my favorite aspect of coaching. We know that exercise and good nutrition will afford us better health but the challenges are the reason for an ally.

Kevin Tibbetts

Kevin TibbettsB.S. in Health Promotion
ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist
ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
EIM Credential Level 1
NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Philosophy: “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” – Benjamin Franklin. Physical activity, stress management, and proper nutrition are the focal points in living a healthy lifestyle. Everyday we are challenged in the choices we make that affect dimensions of health. These challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them makes life meaningful. My goal is not only to motivate a healthy lifestyle, but incorporate an internal drive for a wonderful quality of life.

During his last couple years of college, Kevin worked at The Zoo Health Club in Havre. He performed front desk assistance, fitness advice/training, and a friendly ear for all. While working and studying, he spent three years coaching middle school sports, including basketball and golf. With coaching came substitute teaching and officiating basketball as he stayed active in Havre’s community. In 2019 Kevin worked as the Fitness Specialist at Touchmark retirement community in Helena where he contributed to building the fitness program by teaching classes and personal training.

Joey Arnold

NCSF Certified Personal Trainer
CrossFit L-2
CrossFit WeightLifting
CrossFit Gymnastics
CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kettle Bell
West Side Barbell Special strengths certified
Aerobic Capacity Ambassador

Joey has been a certified trainer since 2008. He is happily married to Rachel, with 2 amazing little boys, Elek and Oliver. I love barbells, food (I make a mean burger) and horror movies!  Joey first touched a barbell at age 12, and instantly fell in love with the process of progress. How strong could one get he thought?
He grew up playing football, and in his 20s, competed in powerlifting, breaking the junior 20-23 APF bench press record in the raw drug tested division in 2009.

Joey has done a lot of CrossFit, making it to the regional stage four times. 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Notably did some Olympic lifting, Spartan Races, and Triathlons all for the sake of learning the preparation and demands of these events. Joey wanted to know how to do it all, and when he began this journey as a trainer, he was instantly fascinated with how movements work for us as humans, and figuring out the problems when it came to moving and feeling better. Joey couldn’t afford school, so he read and absorbed as much of the literature as he could and was lucky enough to learn from amazing and established people in the industry. Joey believes he is one of the lucky ones to have found their calling in life at a young age, and can’t wait to share that passion with people he’s lucky enough to work with every single day.
