Youth Development Manager
Kelly Malmin, PT, DPT, Cert DN, Cert SMT, FMS, SFMA, FCS, came to Logan Health in August of 2008 as a Physical Therapist at The Brendan House and served as therapy supervisor until August of 2012. Since then, she has worked in the private outpatient therapy setting until returning to Logan Health in December of 2019 as the manager of Youth Development for Logan Health Medical Fitness Center. She has a passion for sports medicine and functional movement as it relates to long-term athletic development and injury prevention as well as the foundation of life-long fitness. She received her Associates Degree in Applied Science becoming a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 1996 from Williston State College and returned to school in 2003 earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2006 from The University of North Dakota. She is active in the Rotary Club of Evergreen and in her free time enjoys coaching youth basketball. Kelly and her family love spending time camping, boating, surfing, and being outdoors. Kelly’s favorite pastime is watching her kids participate in activities, spending time at Dickey Lake with her family and their dog Tucker John. Contact Kelly at kmalmin@logan.org.

April Terry, MS, LAT, ATC, is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Exercise Physiologist and has been with Logan Health and Logan Health Medical Fitness Center since 2007. She has trained elite athletes with the WNBA and NBA, trained Winter Olympic athletes in 2000 and was Head Athletic Trainer for several collegiate teams at University of Utah and Eastern Oregon University. April was Head ATC for Flathead H.S. and now works for KRH with Save the
Brain Concussion Management, Occupational Health and Wellness as the SAFE Coordinator, and leads adult group training at the Summit. Her passion is Sports Medicine and raising her family here in the Flathead Valley. Contact April at aterry@logan.org.
Kerianne Fuller, MS, LAT, ATC, came to Logan Health in 2017 as an Athletic Trainer at Logan Health Medical Fitness Center. At the onset of her career here in Kalispell, Kerianne helped to develop athletic training services at Logan Health Medical Fitness Center so members had efficient access to sports medicine healthcare. She currently serves Glacier High School as their Head Athletic Trainer, which has certainly turned into the dream job she had always wished for. Kerianne received her Bachelor’s Degree from Montana State University in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in Exercise Science and then went on to receive her Master’s in Athletic Training from Montana State University Billings. Through her experiences during her educational and professional career life, Kerianne has developed a special interest in concussion management, emergency care in sports, and improving mental health and wellness through athletics. Kerianne loves living in the Flathead Valley with her husband, Connor, a dedicated teacher and coach at Glacier High School, and their awesome rescue dog, Rudy. Amy Thoreson, MS, LAT, ATC is an athletic trainer for the Youth Development program. She received her Bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA and a Masters in Science in Exercise Science at Montana State University in Bozeman, MT. She has been a certified and licensed athletic trainer since 2009, and has worked in collegiate, high school, and private clinical settings. Amy is a Montana native and lives in Columbia Falls with her husband and two children. She most enjoys the outdoors, whether hiking, cross country skiing, or taking in the views from her back yard. Sam Streett, MS, LAT, ATC, CSCS was born and raised in St. Louis MO. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training and Exercise Science from The College of Charleston. After passing his athletic training boards, he received a Master’s in Sports Medicine from The University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. His professional experience ranges from athletic training for the professional soccer team Switchbacks FC, Head Athletic Trainer for Thompson Valley High school, and Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1 Sports training. He currently maintains his License in Athletic Training and Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He now works with Youth Development serving as the Head Athletic Trainer and providing Strength and Conditioning services for Flathead High school. Contact Sam at streetts@sd5.k12.mt.us.
Tracy Houser, LAT, ATC began her career with Logan Health in April 2021 and is very excited to provide excellent athletic training services to the Stillwater Christian Schools and the community. Before coming to Montana, Tracy was working with high school and college athletes for 20+ years and most recently working as a clinical athletic trainer in an orthopedic practice in the Kansas City area. She received her Associates of Science with an option in Athletic Training at Vincennes University in 1994, then finished her Bachelors of Arts in Athletic Training at Park University, Kansas City in 1996. Tracy has a special interest in the health and wellness of our youth in and beyond sports. Tracy and her husband Dan have a passion for wildlife and landscape photography as well as hiking. What better place to do all this than in Montana? She is excited to pick up some new hobbies here in the Flathead Valley, like learning how to kayak and snowshoeing. Genevieve Girdner Ibarra, LAT, ATC has been an Athletic Trainer and working with performance athletes for over 10 years. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse with a degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Science. She began her career in Washington State working in the clinical setting and doing outreach to collegiate sports in the Puget Sound area.
She and her husband recently moved to Montana from Hawaii where they owned and operated CrossFit Hilo Iron. They trained a range of athletes from youth sports to competitive outrigger paddlers and endurance athletes. She is a USA weightlifting level 1 coach and is currently working toward her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. Sam Konrath, MS, LAT, ATC began with Logan health in the summer of 2022. Originally from Thiensville, WI, Sam received his Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. After becoming certified, he pursued a Master’s of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Medicine from Utah State University. While there he was a Graduate Assistant athletic trainer, working with their football and track and field teams. After leaving Utah State, he accepted a position as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Wisconsin – Stout, a D3 university in the highly competitive WIAC athletic conference. Here he worked with the football, men’s basketball, and baseball teams. He joins the Logan Health athletic training staff as the primary athletic trainer with the Pioneer League baseball team, the Glacier Range Riders.
Lexie Mower, MS, LAT, ATC was born and raised in Spokane Washington. She played high school softball with the option to play collegiate softball until injuries and burnout plagued the sport. The world of athletic training became prevalent at this time in which she fell in love with the career. Lexie pursued the field of athletic training at the University of Montana where she is completing her Bachelor’s degree and Masters of Athletic Training. Currently Lexie is newly engaged to her Fiancé Tyler, and they share a golden retriever/Irish terrier mix by the name of Zelda. In her free time Lexie spends her time duck hunting, hiking, camping and watching the Seattle Mariners, Philadelphia Eagles, and Seattle Kraken struggle through their respective sports. Lexie looks forward to exploring the areas around Kalispell and growing her career with the Logan Health team.
Shelby Shadix, MSc, LAT, ATC started with Logan Health in August of 2022 providing athletic training services to Bigfork High School. She received her Bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ and her Master of Sciences degree from University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, CO. Shelby has been certified since 2016 and has experience working with a variety of populations including professional soccer, youth sports, and high school athletics. She is excited to be integrated into the Logan Health community and for the opportunity to experience all that Kalispell has to offer.
Delanie Menconi, LAT, ATC was born and raised in Aurora IL. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at Carthage College in Kenosha WI. After passing the Athletic Training board of certification, she started her career as a PRN Athletic Trainer through ATI Physical Therapy. Delanie has her certifications in Basic Life Support and Functional Movement Systems. She was hired onto the Logan Health team in 2022 with a goal of inspiring and instructing the youth of the valley towards success. She recently moved from Illinois and enjoys being outdoors and baking. Delanie looks forward to growing her career at Logan Health.
