At Logan Health Rehabilitation, we provide comprehensive physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services with more than 70 therapists in multiple locations throughout the region. Our team offers a spectrum of specialties and uses multiple proven modalities to help patients reach their optimum mobility.

Logan Health offers both inpatient rehabilitation services at its hospitals and outpatient rehabilitation at several clinics in locations near where our patients live and work.

Our friendly, competent staff develops thorough, individualized plans of treatment for each patient we serve. Our goal is to empower patients toward maximum independence, with a self-managed program promoting continued health and well-being.

Concussion Clinic Services
Our team of outpatient therapists offers a comprehensive multidisciplinary concussion treatment program. We work in close communication with the neuroscience concussion clinic doctors in order to return patients to school, work and sports within the optimal recommended time frame.
