We offer a variety of group fitness classes and three studios to meet your needs. There’s a class for everyone and they are free with your membership. Our instructors will motivate and inspire you to give your best in a fun setting, meant to keep you coming back for more.
- Aquatic Exercise: Give your body a great workout in this low-impact environment.
- Cycling: We have a dedicated cycling studio and high-energy classes suitable for everyone.
- Group Exercise: Low, medium, and high-intensity classes for balance, stretching, strength and endurance.
- Mind/Body: Enjoy many levels of yoga, Pilates, PiYo and Barre classes.
- Zumba: Come dance with us! A fun dance aerobic workout using Latin dances with easy to follow routine.

September 20-21, 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. for Fitter & Faster Swim Clinic.
No open swim Sat. & Sun. Lap swim 3:30 p.m. to close both days. Adult swim workout Saturday morning will run.
Sauna will re-open Tuesday morning, September 16!
