Getting care doesn’t have to be inconvenient
Frequently Asked Questions
What is virtual care?
A way to let your health care provider care for you without an in-person visit. Though many types of visits are appropriate, not all are. Your provider can help determine this.
But what if I am not techy?
Don’t worry. We’ll help you through it by doing a test call before your visit. You might be surprised to learn that most of our patients who use virtual care are over 55!
What happens if I get disconnected during my visit?
If there is a technical issue during your visit, your provider will call you on the phone and finish the visit.
How do I prepare for my visit?

How will I know when to join?
If you are joining from home, you’ll receive a one-time secure link through text or email. No app or log-in is required.
Can I use my health insurance?
Virtual appointments follow the same process as if you were in clinic. We will bill your insurance for the visit (or self-pay if not).
