Logan Health On-Demand Virtual Care is not for people suffering from serious, life-threatening or emergency conditions, such as:
- Seizures
- Chest pain
- Neurological symptoms, suggesting a stroke
- Difficulty breathing
- Dizziness or loss of consciousness
- Sudden bleeding
- Choking or gagging
- Severe hypertension or hemorrhoids
- Head injury
- Possible broken bones
- Cancer
- Patients who want to hurt themselves (suicidality)
- Patients who want to hurt others (homicidally)
- Schizophrenia or hallucinations
- Medication refills for controlled substances
How It Works
- Speak with a nurse who screens your symptoms.
Tell us about yourself and your reason for visiting. We will make sure you can use our virtual service. - Submit a virtual questionnaire.
The virtual questionnaire is a standard intake form that creates your virtual visit. - Begin the visit and tell the provider your concerns.
Talk about the reason for your video visit with a provider. - Get a treatment plan.
Your provider will address your concerns and give you treatment options. Depending on the reason for the visit, your provider may recommend additional visits in person.
Cost and Insurance
- The cost of your visit will depend on the level of care provided. An estimate is $250, but the visit may be more or less.
Home-Based Virtual Care
Secure and remote virtual appointments for current and new patients are available in most primary care and specialty areas. We offer a range of online services for patients and providers, available on your smartphone, computer or tablet.

Here’s How It Works
- Request a virtual appointment – ask your clinic if you can be seen virtually
- Complete a test call through your patient reminder message
- Receive a link – you’ll receive an email or text link one hour prior to your visit
- Join your visit – when it’s time to start, click the link, allow access to your microphone/camera, and join the visit
