Scholarship Application
We encourage all students who qualify for this scholarship to apply even if you have applied and been accepted or denied in the past. Our purpose is to equip those who demonstrate a hard work ethic, ability to learn and grow, and the determination to succeed in a medical or healthcare career.

ELIGIBILITY
- Graduate of Shelby High School or North Toole County High School (with a minimum 3.0 GPA)
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- An intention to pursue a degree in the medical or healthcare field
- Attending an accredited university or college or technical college.
