Comprehensive Neuromuscular Evaluations
We provide a comprehensive evaluation for conditions related to impaired mobility and functional independence such as spinal cord injury, peripheral nerve injury, stroke, traumatic brain injury, amputation, motor neuron disease, muscular dystrophy, and a wide variety of other neurological conditions.

Electromyography, Nerve Conduction, Diagnostic Ultrasound Studies
Nerve conductions study and electromyography is a technique for evaluating and recording the health of peripheral nerves and their connection to skeletal muscles. We perform diagnostic testing for neuropathies, entrapment neuropathies, radiculopathies, carpal tunnel, muscular dystrophy and motor neuron disease. Ultrasound studies may be utilized in conjunction with nerve conduction studies to aid in the diagnosis of peripheral nerve entrapment.

Prosthetic and Orthotic Care
We work closely with local prosthetic groups and physical therapists to optimize functional independence and mobility for our patients. We assist with amputee and prosthetic training and provide detailed prescriptions for custom prosthetics and orthotics. Our providers also address many of the medical complications and issues that may arise following an amputation. This may include phantom limb pain, skin care issues, and stump pain.

Botulinum Toxin Injections
We perform botulinum injections for limb spasticity related to a variety of neurological conditions including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and cerebral palsy. We utilize these injections alongside a comprehensive treatment plan to optimize functional independence and mobility.

Spine Resource Center
Together with our Neurosurgery and Wellness and Pain Center colleagues, we have created a Spine Resource Center to provide high-quality care for acute and chronic spine pain.

Peripheral Nerve and Joint injection therapy with Ultrasound Guidance
Our providers utilize ultrasound guidance for guided injection therapy for large joints such as hip, shoulder, and knee. We also utilize ultrasound guided injections for peripheral nerve injections and hydrodissection techniques.
