Tracey Hornby, PT

Tracey graduated in 1996 from the University of Montana with degrees in physical therapy and psychology. She joined Logan Health after graduation and facilitated the development of the pediatric therapy program. Her experience includes patient care primarily in pediatrics (outpatient and schools). She has experience treating children with diagnoses involving movement disorders of neurologic/orthopedic/genetic origins, muscular disorders, gross motor/developmental delays, torticollis and prematurity-related impairments. The best part of my job is getting to be a small part of so many amazing kids’ and their family’s stories. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my grown children and watching them “do life” as well as hiking, rafting, kayaking, and biking in the outdoors with my husband.
