Taylor Steubs, FNP-C

Taylor Steubs, APRN, FNP-C, BC-ADM began her work as a nurse practitioner in endocrinology at Logan Health in September of 2024.  She was raised in Montana and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale School of Nursing, with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty and a concentration in Diabetes Care. Prior to this position, she worked as a diabetes nurse practitioner at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York and as a diabetes care and education specialist at Logan Health Diabetes Education and Prevention. She has a clinical focus in diabetes care and is board certified in advanced diabetes management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, reading, and watching movies.
