Sandy Thatcher, PT, is a physical therapist with extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics. She specializes in women’s health and pelvic physical therapy and Trigger Point Dry Needling, with advanced training in manual therapy, sports medicine and therapeutic exercise.
Sandy treats a wide range of conditions, including post-operative and neurological concerns, as well as pelvic health conditions such as incontinence and pre- and post-partum issues. She is passionate about providing individualized, one-on-one care and helping patients regain strength, function and confidence. Sandy earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in 1993. She moved to Kalispell in 2012 with her husband and three children.
Outside of work, Sandy enjoys spending time outdoors and caring for her mini-farm, which includes sheep, chickens, pigs and her German Shepherd, Maverick.
