Kurt Lindsay, MD, is a neurologist specializing in vascular neurology and stroke care. A native of the Flathead Valley, Dr. Lindsay returned to the area after practicing at the Oregon Stroke Center within the Department of Neurology at Oregon Health & Science University. He brings extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions, with a particular focus on stroke.
Dr. Lindsay was valedictorian of his graduating class at Flathead High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and his Master of Science in cancer biology from Boise State University before attending medical school at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. He completed fellowship training in vascular neurology in 2009.
In addition to stroke care, Dr. Lindsay treats a variety of neurological conditions, including multiple sclerosis, migraine headaches, Parkinson’s disease and epilepsy. He also serves as medical director of the stroke program.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Lindsay is an avid photographer who enjoys capturing the natural beauty of northwest Montana.
