Jeffrey Smith, PA-C

Jeff Smith joined Logan Health Primary Care – Columbia Falls in June 2025 as a physician assistant for the school-based clinic in Columbia Falls. Originally from Sauvie Island, Oregon, Jeff earned his Masters of Clinical Health Services PA program from the University of Washington – MEDEX Northwest. He comes to Logan Health with experience in primary and urgent care with emphasis on family medicine as well as addiction medicine. Jeff enjoys assisting people in living happier and healthier, and helping his patients better understand how and why our bodies do the specific processes they do. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and hunting, remodeling his home and property as well as enjoying barbeques with friends and neighbors and taking in the occasional rodeo.
