Jay Taylor, MD

Jay Taylor, MD, grew up in Conrad, Montana, earned his undergraduate degree in Biology at Carroll College in Helena, Montana, and attended the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado to receive his Doctor of Medicine. He followed with an internship at Montana Family Medicine Residency in Billings, Montana, and completed his residency at North Colorado Family Medicine in the Rural Training Track in Greeley and Wray, Colorado. Since September of 2005, Dr. Taylor has been providing care to the community of Conrad and surrounding areas, with a professional interest in endoscopy, cardiac stress testing, and sports-related injuries. Dr. Taylor serves as the Chief of Medical Staff at Logan Health – Conrad. He enjoys family time, golfing, and running.
