Accepting new patientsHeidi Shors, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and elbow care. Known for her precision, compassion and commitment to excellence, Dr. Shors is dedicated to helping patients regain strength, function and confidence.
A native of Bellingham, Washington, Dr. Shors earned her undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego and her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. She completed advanced fellowship training in upper extremity surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
Before relocating to Kalispell, Dr. Shors was consistently recognized as a “Top Doctor” in the Seattle area from 2009 to 2015, a testament to her skill and dedication. A former Division I athlete herself, she now channels that same drive and discipline into her practice and home life, where she stays active with her family through basketball, tennis, skiing and water sports.
