Dr. Heidi Shors brings specialized expertise and dynamic energy to Logan Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, where she has been providing exceptional care for hand and elbow injuries since August 2016. A Board Certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Shors is known for her precision, compassion and commitment to excellence—dedicated to helping patients regain strength, function and confidence.
A native of Bellingham, Washington, Dr. Shors earned her undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego and her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. She completed advanced fellowship training in upper extremity surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a proud member of both the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
Before relocating to Kalispell, Dr. Shors was consistently recognized as a “Top Doctor” in the Seattle area from 2009 to 2015—a testament to her skill and dedication. A former Division I athlete herself, she now channels that same drive and discipline into both her practice and her home life, where she stays active with her family enjoying basketball, tennis, skiing and water sports.
