At Logan Health, listening to patients, families and community members is an important part of improving care. Community Engagement Meetings provide a welcoming space for people to share feedback, ideas and experiences directly with Logan Health. The initiative was developed by Logan Health’s quality department and the meetings are hosted by the Patient & Family Advisory Council.
These conversations are designed to help Logan Health better understand what is working well and where improvements are needed. Feedback shared through the meetings helps inform changes that strengthen the patient and family experience and shape the care and services Logan Health provides today and in the future.
Held quarterly, Community Engagement Meetings offer community members an opportunity to connect directly with Logan Health’s Patient & Family Advisory Council in a setting focused on listening and partnership. Patients, families and community members are encouraged to learn more and register for a meeting by visiting Community Engagement – Logan Health
Every voice helps Logan Health continue to improve. By sharing feedback and experiences, community members can help shape a more responsive, compassionate health care experience for everyone we serve.
