At Cashier's office at Logan Health Medical CenterLogan Health, we believe the best way to improve care is by listening. When members of our community shared concerns about privacy while handling financial matters, those conversations sparked action and led to the relocation of our Cashier and Financial Advising services within Logan Health Medical Center to a more private, comfortable space behind Patient Registration at Entrance A.

This change reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an experience that feels respectful, supportive and centered around our patients’ needs.

Every suggestion, concern, and piece of feedback we receive helps guide how we grow and improve.

Our quarterly Community Engagement Meetings offer a welcoming space for community members to connect directly with our Patient & Family Advisory Council. These conversations give you the opportunity to share your experiences, offer feedback, and help us better understand how we can improve the care and services we provide.
