Logan Health Nephrology, a department of Logan Health Medical Center, provides comprehensive management of acute and chronic kidney diseases and difficult to manage and complicated hypertension.
Our team of board certified Nephrologists and advanced practice providers can diagnose and treat kidney diseases, coordinate appropriate therapies, prescribe medications and coordinate dialysis care if needed. Delivery of care for dialysis patients occurs at the Outpatient Dialysis Center in Kalispell with outreach to Libby, Browning and Polson.
Our physician team also provides inpatient Nephrology consultation and dialysis management at Logan Health Medical Center. Upon discharge, our care team will assist in this transition of care insuring patients receive appropriate outpatient consultation and care as needed.

The services rendered from this location may be split into two seperate bills: a practitioner bill for professional services provided and a facility bill for the use of equipment and resources.
