Logan Health Hospice is again pleased to offer Grief Support Groups for spring 2024. These gatherings provide a safe and supportive place to share grief after the loss of a loved one. Groups are free of charge and are open to all adults.

Drop in grief support: February 29 – May 30, 2024 • Noon – 1 p.m.

We are pleased to offer an open, ongoing weekly grief support group on Thursdays, from 12:00-1:00. These groups provide a safe and supportive place to share grief after the loss of a loved one. The gatherings are offered free of charge and open to adults who seek encouragement and support during this journey. Each Thursday, a Logan Health Hospice skilled MSW Social Worker will be present for questions and sharing or anything you feel you need to discuss.  Snacks and drinks are provided.

Participants are welcome to attend all or any individual sessions, located at the hospice offices; 275 Corporate Drive, Suite 600 in Kalispell, behind BoJangles. Please call 406-751-4254 for additional information.

 Healing yoga: Our next group will be April 5 – May 10 • 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

This six-week yoga program is intended to explore and support the body and mind after the death of a loved one, integrating the practice of yoga with education about grief and bereavement. The participants will be guided through a variety of yoga poses and mindfulness techniques to help them live with loss. Each week includes written information for education and reflection, a yoga practice and a discussion. This yoga practice is gentle and appropriate for all levels.

You must pre-register and plan to attend all six sessions. Class size is limited and located at Logan Health Fitness Center: 205 Sunnyview Lane, Kalispell, MT.  To register, please call: 406-751-4254. For more information, contact Lisa Cone-Smith at lsmith@logna.org.
