Our school-based services are customized to meet the needs of your students, staff and school.*
- Preventive Care: Wellness checks, sports physicals and other annual exams.
- Acute Health Care: Diagnosis and treatment of sudden onset conditions, referrals and follow-up visits as necessary.
- Chronic Care: Monitoring and treatment of chronic illness needs in partnership with a family provider.
- Mental Health Services: Assessing, treating and managing medications for mental health.
- Health Education: Sharing our knowledge with parents, educators and students.
