Manager Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Kelly Malmin, PT, DPT, Cert DN, Cert SMT, FMS, SFMA, FCS, came to Logan Health in August of 2008 as a Physical Therapist at The Brendan House and served as therapy supervisor until August of 2012. Since then, she has worked in the private outpatient therapy setting until returning to Logan Health in December of 2019 as the manager of Youth Development for Logan Health Medical Fitness Center. She has a passion for sports medicine and functional movement as it relates to long-term athletic development and injury prevention as well as the foundation of life-long fitness. She received her Associates Degree in Applied Science becoming a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 1996 from Williston State College and returned to school in 2003 earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2006 from The University of North Dakota. She is active in the Rotary Club of Evergreen and in her free time enjoys coaching youth basketball. Kelly and her family love spending time camping, boating, surfing, and being outdoors. April Terry, MS, LAT, ATC, is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Exercise Physiologist and has been with Logan Health and Logan Health Medical Fitness Center since 2007. She has trained elite athletes with the WNBA and NBA, trained Winter Olympic athletes in 2000 and was Head Athletic Trainer for several collegiate teams at University of Utah and Eastern Oregon University. April was Head ATC for Flathead H.S. and now works for KRH with Save the Brain Concussion Management, Occupational Health and Wellness as the SAFE Coordinator, and leads adult group training at the Summit. Her passion is Sports Medicine and raising her family here in the Flathead Valley. Contact April at aterry@logan.org.
Kerianne Fuller, MS, LAT, ATC, came to Logan Health in 2017 as an Athletic Trainer at Logan Health Medical Fitness Center. At the onset of her career here in Kalispell, Kerianne helped to develop athletic training services at Logan Health Medical Fitness Center so members had efficient access to sports medicine healthcare. She currently serves Glacier High School as their Head Athletic Trainer, which has certainly turned into the dream job she had always wished for. Kerianne received her Bachelor’s Degree from Montana State University in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in Exercise Science and then went on to receive her Master’s in Athletic Training from Montana State University Billings. Through her experiences during her educational and professional career life, Kerianne has developed a special interest in concussion management, emergency care in sports, and improving mental health and wellness through athletics. Kerianne loves living in the Flathead Valley with her husband, Connor, a dedicated teacher and coach at Glacier High School, and their awesome rescue dog, Rudy. Amy Thoreson, MS, LAT, ATC is an athletic trainer for the Youth Development program. She received her Bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA and a Masters in Science in Exercise Science at Montana State University in Bozeman, MT. She has been a certified and licensed athletic trainer since 2009, and has worked in collegiate, high school, and private clinical settings. Amy is a Montana native and lives in Columbia Falls with her husband and two children. She most enjoys the outdoors, whether hiking, cross country skiing, or taking in the views from her back yard. Tracy Houser, LAT, ATC began her career with Logan Health in April 2021 and is very excited to provide excellent athletic training services to the Stillwater Christian Schools and the community. Before coming to Montana, Tracy was working with high school and college athletes for 20+ years and most recently working as a clinical athletic trainer in an orthopedic practice in the Kansas City area. She received her Associates of Science with an option in Athletic Training at Vincennes University in 1994, then finished her Bachelors of Arts in Athletic Training at Park University, Kansas City in 1996. Tracy has a special interest in the health and wellness of our youth in and beyond sports. Tracy and her husband Dan have a passion for wildlife and landscape photography as well as hiking. What better place to do all this than in Montana? She is excited to pick up some new hobbies here in the Flathead Valley, like learning how to kayak and snowshoeing.
