A recent cybersecurity attack affecting Change Healthcare has impacted numerous health care operations across the U.S., mostly related to pharmacy services. This was not a direct attack on our systems and, as of today, there is no indication patients’ private or personal information has been compromised. While this has not affected Billings Clinic or Logan Health systems to date, because it affects outside systems we partner with, we may not be able to:
- Bill copay coupons
- Look up insurance coverage information
- Directly bill insurance some insurance plans
