Thomas McClure, MD, joined Logan Health Occupational Medicine in May 2016. He brings more than 30 years of experience treating injured workers and providing a wide range of occupational health services.
Dr. McClure earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his internship at San Francisco General Hospital, and an intensive residency in occupational medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Over his three-decade career, he has cared for patients in business settings, an emergency department, and an industrial orthopedic and hand surgery clinic. He has served as both medical director and regional medical director for medical groups in California. He was also an assistant clinical professor at UCSF.
Dr. McClure was the medical director for Central Washington Occupational Medicine in Yakima. He was also the medical director for employee health at Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center. Experienced in treating common workplace musculoskeletal conditions, he has a special interest in upper extremity cumulative trauma injuries and myofascial pain.
