Stephanie Eastburn, PA-C

Stephanie Eastburn, MSPA, PA-C, joined Logan Health Digestive Center in the spring of 2021. Stephanie first earned a dual degree from the University of Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She then completed the prerequisites required for PA school at Florida State College of Jacksonville – Science and Medical. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies through the South University Physician Assistant Program in Savannah, Georgia. Stephanie was inspired to practice medicine to help people lead healthier, happier lives, while challenging herself mentally, and feeling satisfied as a professional woman in medicine. She specializes in gastroenterology, patient education, and optimizing a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and fitness. Stephanie embraces the shared-decision making model when working with her patients and is passionate about her patients having good insight and understanding into their diseases and conditions. When not helping patients, Stephanie enjoys hiking, running, and cooking with her husband.
