Biography

Sara Richardson, AGCNS-BC, is a Palliative Medicine Clinical Nurse Specialist at Logan Health. She received her nursing degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and her advanced practice nursing degree from the University of Colorado. She recently earned her post-masters certificate in palliative care from University of Washington School of Nursing and is also licensed by the state of Montana as a nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority. Sara Richardson is from Colorado and has a background in acute care, nursing education, nursing research and home health. She joined Logan Health in 2018 as an RN and began her new role as a provider in November 2022. When she is not providing expert palliative care, she enjoys running, hiking, skiing, camping, paddle-boarding, and traveling with her husband and son.
