Sara Richardson, AGCNS-BC, is a palliative medicine clinical nurse specialist with a background in acute care, nursing education, nursing research and home health. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that supports patients and families navigating serious illness.
Sara earned her nursing degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and her advanced practice nursing degree from the University of Colorado. She also completed a post-master’s certificate in palliative care from the University of Washington School of Nursing. She is licensed in Montana as a nurse practitioner with prescriptive authority. Sara began her career with the organization as a registered nurse in 2018 before transitioning to her current provider role in 2022.
Originally from Colorado, Sara enjoys running, hiking, skiing, camping, paddleboarding and traveling with her husband and son.
