Rachelle Losey, MD, joined the Logan Health Medical Center Hospitalist Program in April 2014. As a Cleveland Clinic-trained internist, she specializes in caring for patients from the moment they are admitted to the hospital until they are discharged to the care of their primary providers. Dr. Losey graduated summa cum laude from Canadian University College in Lacombe, Alberta, then completed her medical studies at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California. She carried out her three-year internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, finishing in 2009. She immediately joined the active medical staff as a hospitalist at North Valley Hospital in Whitefish, Montana, and took on several leadership roles. She chaired the Medicine, Special Care Unit, Radiology Committee and the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, serving as well on the Medical Executive Committee. She and her husband, emergency physician Theodore Losey, MD, have one child and enjoy world travel, skiing, backpacking, canoeing and gardening.
