R. Winkel, MD

Dr. Winkel attended Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his residency at Creighton University, as well, and was an assistant clinical professor at the university. As a senior aviation medical examiner, he is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration to provide exams for all classes of pilots. Dr. Winkel is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
