Patti Smith, PT

Patti Smith, PT, joined Logan Health Rehabilitation in 2026. She specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine injuries and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Patti values the relationships she makes with her patients and being a part of their healing journey. She is invested in each patient and helping them become more functional, having less pain and achieving their goals. Outside of work, Patti enjoys hiking and being outdoors, reading, gardening and creating and sharing handmade skincare products with friends and family.
