Kristin Melli, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC, joined the Logan Health team in March 2021 as a nurse practitioner with Children’s Primary Care. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics at UCLA and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Pennsylvania. Following, she went on to achieve her Masters in Science in Nursing-Pediatric Primary Care at the University of Pennsylvania. Kristin has worked with children of all ages from a variety of backgrounds both in and out of the clinic for over 20 years, which has allowed her to experience and cherish the resiliency and potential of children and teenagers. She views her role in the clinic as building partnerships with parents and families while collaborating with peers, providing tools and knowledge to help children thrive. She is passionate about walking along side families during times of sickness, injury, or trauma, and being a trustworthy source of information as parents and their health care team can all navigate the decisions that are part of raising a child. When not at work, Kristin enjoys growing food with her kids, reading good novels, and finding fun ways to exercise.
