Accepting new patientsJoan Driscoll, MSN, APRN, rejoined Logan Health in May 2025 as an advanced practice provider. She had previously retired from the organization in 2022 but returned on a part-time basis to continue providing care to oncology patients. Prior to that, she had worked with Logan Health since April 1994, when she started as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and continued to work through her nursing and nurse practitioner training. She went on to become the organization’s first hospitalist nurse practitioner before moving to the surgical oncology world.
Joan earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Salish Kootenai College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She later graduated from Georgetown University with a Master of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Outside of work, Joan enjoys hanging out with her family, gardening, reading, biking and spending time at the lake.
