Jessika Abbrescia, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant who brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to the Logan Health Orthopedics team. A proud Flathead Valley native, Jessika’s journey in medicine began at Flathead High School and continued through Montana State University, where she graduated with honors. She went on to earn her Master’s in Clinical Health Science from the University of Washington’s MEDEX Northwest Physician Associate Program.
During her clinical rotations with Logan Health Orthopedics, Jessika discovered her passion for the surgical setting—particularly total joint replacements—where she felt a strong sense of teamwork and purpose. Today, she’s known for her ability to connect with patients, thoughtfully evaluate their needs, and craft personalized care plans that support healing and mobility.

Outside of work, Jessika enjoys fly fishing, cooking with her husband Koby, and spending time with their golden doodle puppy, Pinot. She’s also an avid plant enthusiast with a thriving indoor jungle.
