Geoffrey Baker, DO, is a hospitalist with experience caring for patients with a wide range of acute and complex medical conditions. He also serves as Physician Executive of Quality, Patient Safety and Risk, where he collaborates on system improvement initiatives and works to advance care quality and patient outcomes.
Originally from Woodinville, Washington, Dr. Baker earned his undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. He completed his family medicine residency at Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson, Michigan, where he also practiced as a hospitalist. Dr. Baker values the opportunity to meet patients from all walks of life and learn from their experiences. He enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and treating acute illnesses while coordinating complex care in the hospital setting.
Outside of work, Dr. Baker enjoys snowboarding, hiking, biking and spending time with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
