Eduardo Rizo, MD, joined Logan Health in December 2025. He is the Medical Director of Occupational Medicine / Employee Health Services. Dr. Rizo grew up in Los Angeles, California. After high school, he entered the Marine Corps as an infantryman then an aviator after commissioning in the Marine Corps. He spent more than 30 years on active duty, serving in the United States and overseas. He was a doctor in San Antonio, Texas, before moving to Kalispell.
Dr. Rizo graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1994 with a degree in political science. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine. Later, he completed a master’s in public health at the University of West Florida. He completed a dual residency in Occupational and Aerospace Medicine in Pensacola, Florida. His areas of expertise are occupational and aerospace medicine with a professional interest in musculoskeletal care. Dr. Rizo values patient interaction most in his work, and he enjoys helping people stay healthy and safe on the job.
In his free time, Dr. Rizo practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He also enjoys wood and metal working, and skiing in Montana’s mountains. Dr. Rizo is proud to bring his experience and service to the Flathead Valley.
