Senior safety event scheduled for November 18

Senior citizens in the Flathead Valley are invited to a free safety event, Stepping Into Fall, scheduled for Saturday, November 18, 2017. The event will be held from noon to 4 p.m. at Buffalo Hill Conference Center at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Available at the event will be information to improve your balance and prevent falls, sample SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life), tai chi, yoga and Parkinson’s exercise classes. In addition, various health assessments and screenings will be available along with education offerings and caregiver support.

Gift bags, light snacks and various giveaways for attendees will also be available.
