On Saturday, April 15, Logan Health will be hosting a Wellness Expo from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Logan Health Fitness Center at 205 Sunnyview Lane. The community is welcome to stop by for preventative screenings, health and wellness information, free giveaways, and injury prevention demonstrations. There will also be raffles and prizes including an opportunity to win a free year-long membership to the Logan Health Fitness Center.
“At Logan Health Fitness Center we want everyone to know that your health is not a destination, but a journey,” says Kevin Tibbetts, senior fitness assistant. “Growth happens at a slow rate and we have brought the resources into one room to help guide your health goals.”
A strong focus of the event will be placed on six key areas of Lifestyle Medicine that will improve an individual’s health and wellbeing: Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep, Stress Management, Sunlight and Nature, Connectedness and Community.
This event is free for community members of all ages who are seeking health and fitness resources.
