Logan Health Care Center - Conrad Earns Nursing Home Achievement of Excellence Award

Logan Health Care Center – Conrad was one of 23 facilities in Montana to receive the Mountain-Pacific 2022 Nursing Home Achievement of Excellence Awards at this year’s Montana Health Care Association’s Annual Conference in September.

In order to be recognized for this award, a nursing home has to meet the following criteria:

• Achievement of Resident COVID-19 Booster Vaccination of 90% or More:

The COVID-19 Booster Vaccination Achievement Awards represents the average first booster vaccination rates for residents of 90% or more from NHSN data for the time period January 1, 2022 – August 14, 2022. 

•  Achievement of Staff COVID-19 Booster Vaccination of 80% or More:

The COVID-19 Booster Vaccination Achievement Awards represent the average first booster vaccination rates for staff of 80% or more from NHSN data for the time period January 1, 2022 – August 14, 2022. 

Our staff is committed to keeping each of our Logan Health Care Center – Conrad residents safe and healthy. This award is a great achievement for our Care Center and Logan Health – Conrad facility.
