KRH introduces Connection Point, a safe visitation place for Brendan House
Kalispell Regional Healthcare (KRH) introduced Connection Point, a safe place for loved ones to visit residents at Brendan House while visitor restrictions are still in place. The staff at Brendan House set up a visitation room for residents to be able to meet with family or friends and connect through the window. It is set up with two chairs outside and a conference/speaker phone in the room for the resident to communicate with the visitors on their phone outside.
"These connections are so incredibly sweet to watch during these difficult times," says Kelly Bilau, administrator at Brendan House. "I am grateful for staff members that are willing to step up and make these extra efforts to allow this special form of communication for our residents/patients and their loved ones."
This month, Brendan House received a 5-Star Rating from the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for overall quality. Keeping our patients, employees and community safe has been our primary focus, especially during this pandemic.
To schedule a visit, call the Brendan House activity staff at (406)751-6517 and they will help coordinate your visit.
