Logan Health Medical Center and Logan Health – Whitefish Laboratories are proud to announce their recent accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), a prestigious achievement that underscores their commitment to providing the highest standards of quality and safety in laboratory medicine.
The CAP accreditation is awarded following a thorough and rigorous inspection process, where laboratory operations are evaluated against the most stringent criteria in areas such as laboratory management, testing procedures, staff qualifications, and adherence to national and international quality standards. This accreditation ensures that both Logan Health Medical Center and Logan Health – Whitefish Laboratories meet the highest standards for patient care and diagnostic accuracy.
“As always, our mission in the Logan Health Laboratory System (Kalispell and Whitefish) is to provide the most accurate, reliable, and timely lab testing as possible for our patients in the Flathead Valley. As part of the CAP accreditation process, both Logan Health Medical Center and Logan Health – Whitefish laboratories were evaluated by a team of experts in laboratory science and clinical pathology, ensuring their facilities and procedures meet the highest standards in health care.
