Logan Health in Conrad and Shelby are happy to announce the creation of a Patient and Family Advisory Committee (PFAC). Members are welcome to join to be part of the two collaborative committees to provide insight and build a stronger and healthier community. The PFAC committee will help improve partnership and communication from each district.
The Patient and Family Advisory Council will be comprised of current and former patient and family members, and administrative staff who will work together to enhance patient safety, quality, and overall patient experience at Logan Health Conrad and Shelby. PFAC members will have limited time commitment and meetings will be established as a group. Some priorities of the Conrad and Shelby PFAC committees will include, but not limited to, providing insight to administration, faculty and staff about patient and family health care needs, assisting in the identification of opportunities to enhance patient and family experiences, safety and quality, and participate in the planning and development of patient care areas and programs.
