Logan Health Children’s is hosting a public event on July 1 to celebrate the 5-year anniversary of the hospital’s opening. Community members are invited to join hospital staff and former patient families in the pediatric wing and witness the unveiling of the Hall of Heroes, an inspirational photo gallery of pediatric patients who have braved medical challenges and now offer hope to others. Following the unveiling at 11 a.m., a reception with desserts will follow in the Logan Health Children’s lobby at noon.
The public is welcome to join in the festivities, celebrate the hospital’s impact in Montana, and cheer on the Hall of Heroes patients whose stories will now inspire families every day.
“Logan Health Children’s has served the children and families of Montana and visitors from all over the nation,” stated Dena Jarog-Cornell, Director of Inpatient Services. “The ability to be close to home and to their support networks speeds healing and improves the wellbeing of our smallest and most vulnerable patients. It has been a privilege to be able to take care of Montana’s children these past five years, and we look forward to offering high quality children’s health care for generations to come.”
