Site Policy
Referral Process
Psychiatric care (medication management): Please have your general practitioner /therapist/ health care provider fax a referral to (406) 751-8270. The referral should include reason for need of psychiatric care such as depression/anxiety, current medication; type of insurance if any, and patient contact information and date of birth. Please wait 3-5 business days before calling to schedule your initial evaluation.
Therapy services: No referral is needed for therapy services, but different therapists take different insurances. Please call our office at (406) 758-3244 to schedule an appointment.
Medication Refill Process
Please notify your provider during your appointment if you are in need of any refills or call your pharmacy directly to request refills at least 48-72 hours BEFORE your last dose.
For certain controlled substances you will need to call the office monthly for refills. Please remember to call 48-72 hours BEFORE your last dose. Your provider can let you know of you are taking one of those substances.
