Logan Health Assisted Living – Shelby is a 38 apartment, state licensed facility located in Shelby, Montana, the Crossroads of the West, within driving distance of beautiful Glacier National Park. Our Assisted Living center is a beautiful place to spend your senior years with peace of mind. Payment Options
Living at Logan Health Assisted Living is very affordable. Call us to learn more about our Assisted Living Financial Assistance Options. Most Long-Term Care insurance policies now cover assisted living, and VA Aid and Attendance is available to some veterans and their spouses.
The Medicaid Waiver for Adult Residential Care is also available to eligible Medicaid people, when a space at our facility is open
