Nicholas Sich, MD, MS, joined the Logan Health Surgical Clinic in November 2022 to provide surgical oncology services at Logan Health Medical Center and its outreach areas. Dr. Sich specializes in hepatopancreaticobiliary surgery as well as other complex oncology surgeries like sarcoma, gastrointestinal, melanoma, gynecologic and HIPEC surgery. Prior to his time at Logan Health, he was a solo hepatopancreaticobiliary surgeon in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dr. Sich attended the University of Nevada - Reno for his undergraduate studies and received his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Abington-Jefferson Health in Pennsylvania and a complex general surgical oncology fellowship with Aurora St. Luke’s in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Sich also holds an MS in Health Informatics from the University of Washington. Outside of work, Dr. Sich enjoys snowboarding, cycling, weightlifting, rock climbing, home building/renovating and time with his family.
