Certified nurse midwife Jeanne Baker joined the active medical staff at Kalispell Regional Healthcare in April 2014. She graduated from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and worked for six years in maternal-child health nursing before beginning her nurse-midwifery training. Jeanne graduated in 1998 with her certificate in nurse-midwifery from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Hyden, Kentucky. That same year, she received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She has been in private practice as a certified nurse midwife in the Flathead Valley since September 1998, and is a member of the American College of Nursing Midwives. Jeanne is married and the proud mother of three daughters. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, reading, knitting and scrapbooking.
