Isaac Billings, DO, hails from northern Michigan where his family lived on a small farm near Pellston, MI. His attraction to medicine was launched with a wilderness first responder course that he took as a teenager. Subsequently, Dr. Billings worked as an Emergency Medical Service (EMS) professional while concurrently earning a certificate in Advanced Wilderness Life Support. It was during this time that he decided to pursue medical school. Dr. Billings completed his undergraduate work at Grand Valley State University while still working as a paramedic. He attended medical school in Colorado at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine and was active in their rural and wilderness medicine studies. When Dr. Billings is not at the clinic, you can find him exploring the great outdoors as he enjoys trail running, backpacking, canoeing, fishing, and skiing. Dr. Billings cannot say no to a mean game of Scrabble and his secret power is baking pies.
Dr. Billings is a resident physician for 2018-2020 as part of the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana.
